White Crime are four sweaty shirtless dudes from Houston, Texas who love coconuts, seriously. They have just released a 7"EP on Bummer Tapes. PURCHASE IT HERE It clocks in at just under 12 minutes. They are simply high energy, fuzzy,no bullshit, go nuts for coconuts, punk rock played very fast. Watching these guys play live is awesome and always a good time.WC formerly CUTTERS(ex-POINTS) and currently members of  MUHAMMADALI, FUNBOYS and COP WARMTH. SMALL FACES RONNIE LANE PASSING SHOW DOCUMENTARY

"My Mind's Eye" was originally intended to be an album track by the band but was released as a single without their knowledge or consent whilst touring in the north of England. Arden had been eager for the group to release a song before Christmas and released an unfinished, rough demo copy in his possession. The single was a hit, reaching number 4 on the UK singles chart, but in terms of relations between Arden and Small Faces, it was to signal the end of the band's relationship with both Arden and Decca

The ep is consequently called BOWI due to the fact that a few weeks prior to its release another artist released an album you may have heard of by the name of LOW. Anyhow, if you don't own a copy of Nick Lowe's Pure Pop For Now People. GO GET A COPY! one of my favorite records ever and you can find it for under $5 bucks just about anywhere!
